Starting with an extensive assessment process to fully understand your current state. We can then start to design your individual blueprint for pain free movement.

PT Package

From Pain to Performance

The PT Package is a 12 (1 hour) session personal training package designed to transition you towards your performance based goals and keep you pain free.

Mobilise the joints to Activate soft tissue allowing you to Perform pain free.
